About GOAVI — Teen Nutrition Built on Transparency & Trust

Built for the real demands of adolescence with clean ingredients, absorbable nutrients, and a formula you can feel good about—because families deserve to know exactly what they’re giving their teens.

It Started at Home

This wasn’t a business idea. It was a dad problem.

I’ve always cared about health, fitness, and doing things the right way. I truly believed I was supporting my daughters the best way I could—encouraging good food, keeping them active, and teaching them strong habits. But as they entered their teenage years, it became obvious their needs were changing fast… and the supplements on the shelf weren’t keeping up.

Like most parents, I started scanning labels, comparing options, and researching ingredients. What I found was frustrating: teen vitamins packed with unnecessary fillers, underdosed nutrients, and formulas designed more for marketing than real teen development.

So I made a decision. If what I was looking for didn’t exist… I’d build it myself.

The Teen Supplement Market Needed a Reset

When I looked deeper into what was out there, I realized most teen multivitamins fell into one of two categories: products loaded with unnecessary ingredients, or products that simply weren’t transparent enough to trust. And as a parent, I didn’t feel comfortable giving my kids something when I couldn’t clearly understand what it was doing—or why it was even in the bottle.

I built this formula to solve the problems I kept seeing everywhere—unnecessary fillers and additives, underdosed nutrients, questionable ingredient sourcing, low-quality nutrient forms, and labels that don’t tell the full story. Because when it comes to our kids, “good enough” isn’t good enough.

My Mission Is Simple

Clean, honest nutrition for teens—backed by transparency. My mission is to empower families with clean, educational, and reliable nutrition built specifically for adolescence. That means every ingredient choice is intentional, every label is clear, and every decision is guided by a standard I would use in my own home. This isn’t about trends or hype. It’s about creating something parents can trust and teens can benefit from every single day.
