This wasn’t a business idea. It was a dad problem.
I’ve always cared about health, fitness, and doing things the right way. I truly believed I was supporting my daughters the best way I could—encouraging good food, keeping them active, and teaching them strong habits. But as they entered their teenage years, it became obvious their needs were changing fast… and the supplements on the shelf weren’t keeping up.
Like most parents, I started scanning labels, comparing options, and researching ingredients. What I found was frustrating: teen vitamins packed with unnecessary fillers, underdosed nutrients, and formulas designed more for marketing than real teen development.
So I made a decision. If what I was looking for didn’t exist… I’d build it myself.
